[Order] Searching your order history
Specify your search conditions, and the options you want displayed. Click "Search" at the bottom of the page.
Searching by the Order No. Field (MISUMI's reference no.) returns results quickly.
Overall view

Order Date
This field is required. It defaults to one month ago. You can enter a new date or use the calendar button.
If you specify a long timeframe, your search may take longer to complete.
Ship Date
Ship Date includes scheduled days.
Item Status
Approval Pending: Your order approval request is not yet processed by the approver.
Rejected: The approver refused your order request.
Returned: The approver returned your order request for revision.
In Process: Your order has not yet finalized.
On Hold: Your order contains errors. You may be waiting for MISUMI to reply, or your action may be needed to complete the order.
Processed: Your order has completed.
Shipped: Your order has shipped.
Canceled: Your order has been canceled.
Ordered Via
Select "Online Only" if you want to see orders placed on this site. Select Fax, Phone e-mail, etc. for orders you placed using other media.
User Name (User Who Placed Order)
If you select "All Users" all orders from your account will display. Specify a user if you want to limit the results.

Click "Header" to display results by order. Click "Details" to show results by product.
